100% Placement

The May 2020 BSEd graduates of the School of Education achieved a 100 percent placement rate, even in the midst of a global pandemic. While a large majority of graduates accepted full-time teaching positions, 13 percent went directly to graduate school. Almost all who became full-time teachers are in public schools, with an average starting salary of almost $50,000 for public school teachers who reported their salary. For Baylor’s placement survey, graduates must respond within 90 days of graduation.
