Baylor students who plan to be educators are especially in need of scholarship awards because they are entering service-oriented careers in a field with relatively low levels of pay.
The SOE uses endowment funds to supplement financial aid that students receive from the University, outside sources or loans. But many Baylor students who qualify for need-based scholarships still have unmet need.
Endowed scholarship funds within the School of Education have risen to 104 and help reduce the financial stress for future teachers.
Your support can make an incredible difference in the lives of Baylor students. Consider establishing your own or contributing to an existing endowed scholarship fund at Baylor’s School of Education.
